📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws
• Handle employee relations issues and conflicts
• Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees
• Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
• Familiarity with HR software, such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Fluency in Indonesian and English
