• Design and implement a comprehensive wellness program that caters to the diverse needs of our guests and employees.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our wellness facilities, including our fitness center, spa, and wellness programs.
• Work closely with our team of certified personal trainers, yoga instructors, and spa therapists to ensure that our guests and employees have access to the highest quality wellness services.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive wellness program that aligns with the unique needs and preferences of our diverse guest base.
• Manage our team of wellness professionals, providing them with the support and resources they need to deliver exceptional service and achieve their career goals.
• Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to promote our wellness offerings and drive guest engagement and satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of our wellness facilities and programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the wellness industry, and incorporate them into our offerings and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Fitness, Sports Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the wellness industry, with a focus on fitness, spa, or wellness programs.
• Certifications in fitness training, yoga instruction, or spa therapy are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of industry-leading wellness software, such as Cadreon, Mindbody, or WellnessLiving.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful wellness programs in a hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
