📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain asphalt finishing equipment, including pavers and rollers, to ensure high-quality road surfaces.
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings to achieve the desired asphalt thickness and smoothness.
• Perform regular equipment inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Asphalt Finisher Operator or similar role in road construction.
• Proven track record of operating and maintaining asphalt finishing equipment with minimal downtime.
• Familiarity with asphalt paving equipment, such as pavers, rollers, and screeds.
• Knowledge of asphalt materials, mixing, and compaction techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and experience operating heavy machinery.
