📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute bakery and kitchen recipes to meet quality and customer satisfaction standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene and safety standards.
Manage inventory and procurement of bakery and kitchen supplies.
Train and mentor junior staff on culinary techniques and food safety practices.
Collaborate with the head chef to maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.
Participate in menu planning and cost control to optimize profitability.
Monitor food waste and implement strategies to reduce it.
Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and technologies to enhance the bakery and kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a bakery or kitchen.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality food products.
Knowledge of Indonesian and international culinary techniques and ingredients.
Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, or equivalent).
Familiarity with bakery equipment and kitchen tools.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
