📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and evaluate elderly patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
Conduct therapeutic exercises, manual therapies, and assistive devices to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and balance.
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, self-care, and lifestyle modifications.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for elderly patients.
Document patients' progress, treatments, and outcomes using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in geriatric physiotherapy through continuing education and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in geriatric physiotherapy.
Certification in geriatric rehabilitation from a recognized institution.
Familiarity with advanced assessment tools like the FIM and Berg Balance Scale.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
