📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and budget, and report to project managers.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Inspect construction sites to identify and address any issues or deviations from plans.
• Train and supervise construction workers to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain construction documentation, including reports and schedules.
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with local laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
