As the Director of Sustainable Farming, you will be at the forefront of driving our sustainable initiatives. Your daily tasks will include monitoring farm performance, analyzing data, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure our farming practices are sustainable and scalable.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sustainable farming strategies that align with EcoHarvest Agro Indonesia's mission.
• Monitor and analyze farm performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with farmers, scientists, and community leaders to promote sustainable practices.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and certifications.
• Lead training programs to educate farmers on sustainable farming techniques.
• Manage and optimize resource usage, including water, energy, and fertilizers.
• Conduct regular audits to assess the environmental impact of farming operations.
• Represent EcoHarvest Agro Indonesia at industry conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sustainable farming, agriculture, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing sustainable farming initiatives.
• Certifications in sustainable agriculture, such as Certified Sustainable Farming Professional (CSFP) or similar.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and certifications relevant to sustainable farming.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using agricultural software and tools, such as FarmLogs, AgriWeb, or similar.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
