🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a salon setting, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with salon software such as SalonSoft, Styla, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in beauty therapy or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
