📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance checks on machinery in the Filter Rod Department.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure machinery is in optimal condition.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of machinery.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Basic knowledge of machinery maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with maintenance software such as SAP MM or similar.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.
