📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and evaluate elderly patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises, manual therapies, and assistive devices to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and balance.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, self-care, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for elderly patients.
• Document patients' progress, treatments, and outcomes using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in geriatric physiotherapy.
• Certification in geriatric rehabilitation from a recognized institution.
