📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring they align with client objectives and our brand values.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into a memorable event experience.
• Coordinate with vendors, including venues, caterers, and entertainment providers, to secure and manage event logistics.
• Manage event budgets, including vendor contracts, invoices, and financial reporting.
• Oversee event setup, including decor, AV equipment, and technical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and customs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees throughout the event lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our event planning process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related role.
• Proficient in using event planning software such as Cvent, Bizzabo, or Eventbrite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
