📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and Excel
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to manage inventory replenishment
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Support production planning by ensuring adequate stock levels for smooth operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and issues
• Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures
• Assist in the development and maintenance of inventory management systems and processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or a similar role in the manufacturing or logistics industry
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for inventory management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of food manufacturing processes is a plus
• Familiarity with inventory management software and best practices
