📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the fuel station, including fuel sales, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.,Train and supervise station staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels and order fuel and supplies as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor station performance metrics and report to management.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure the station meets all safety requirements.,Promote the company's brand and values to customers and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the fuel industry or a related field.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and staff.,Knowledge of fuel station operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.
