Agung Lestari Mart is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining the store, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product information.,Maintain the store by keeping shelves stocked and organized.,Handle cash transactions and process customer payments accurately.,Clean and organize the store to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.,Stock merchandise according to store policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the store manager.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Assist with the setup and breakdown of store displays and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills are a plus.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
