📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate the smooth flow of goods.,Perform inventory counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate stock levels.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse protocols.,Train and mentor junior warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or discrepancies promptly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warehouse activities and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and control systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
