📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching.,Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills and productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Resolve conflicts and address any issues that may arise within the team.,Maintain accurate records and reports of team performance and operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
