📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients with a friendly and professional manner.,Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications efficiently.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle any emergency situations that may arise.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Assist in organizing meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with office management software and tools.,Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
