📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute high-quality pastry recipes and menus.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.,Train and mentor junior staff in pastry techniques and food safety.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations.,Participate in product development and innovation initiatives.,Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.,Familiarity with baking equipment and techniques.,Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
