As a Senior Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the outlet, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular outlet audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Represent the company at community events and functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a plus.
