In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Collaborate with management to address HR needs and issues.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
