Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support organizational transformation initiatives.,Lead and mentor change management teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.,Assess and address resistance to change, implementing strategies to mitigate risks and maximize adoption.,Create and deliver engaging training programs to build employee capabilities and foster a culture of change.,Monitor and evaluate the progress of change initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change initiatives with business objectives and drive continuous improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in change management, applying this knowledge to our organization.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure successful project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of successful projects.,Strong understanding of organizational behavior and change management theories and frameworks.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with change management tools and technologies is a plus.,Experience working in a multinational or global organization is a plus.
