📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide excellent customer service and support to address client inquiries and concerns.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement and expansion.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services effectively.,Monitor and report on key sales metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to showcase our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong understanding of sales techniques, including negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems and data analytics tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
