Staff Alliance is seeking a dedicated Sales Admin Assistant to join our team in Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and travel arrangements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and databases.,Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure timely and efficient communication.,Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other relevant materials.,Support the sales team in organizing and attending meetings, both in-person and virtual.,Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.,Provide general administrative support to the sales department as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales administrative or support role.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
