📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement and expansion.,Train and mentor sales team members to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.,Provide exceptional customer service to build brand loyalty and positive word-of-mouth referrals.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management for decision-making purposes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
