📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing daily food production.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.,Willingness to work remote and follow company guidelines.
