Easy Zone Indonesia is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Palembang. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process and candidate information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
