📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.,Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor information.,Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.,Ensure the office is clean, organized, and welcoming to all.,Provide information about the company and its services to visitors and clients.,Handle any emergency situations that may arise in the office.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
