📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Conduct regular staff training and development.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual reports to the management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
