Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement long-term operational plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
