📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the implementation of Lean principles and tools to streamline operations and reduce waste.
• Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Train and mentor team members on Lean and process optimization best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Lean and process optimization.
• Work closely with senior management to align process improvements with the company's strategic objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Lean and process optimization.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Lean and process optimization initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and process mapping tools such as Minitab or Visio.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
