📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design relevant learning solutions.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure the successful implementation of learning initiatives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their learning goals.,Work closely with the HR team to ensure the integration of learning and development initiatives with other HR functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant technologies.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
