📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.,Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of HR initiatives.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of implementing effective HR strategies.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
