As the Lead HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving the company's HR strategy. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor the HR team.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions.,Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with the last 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a dynamic and growing organization.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS and other HR technology tools is a plus.
