Pacific Energy is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial records and processes of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and assisting in audits. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience to develop their skills in a dynamic and growing organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.,Support the audit process by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.,Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English and Indonesian.
