📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough candidate research and screening using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other ATS platforms.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top tech talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure we find the right fit for each role.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring teams to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring partners.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sourcing activities and candidate pipelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top tech talent.
• Strong understanding of ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the tech industry and its trends.
• Certification in recruitment or HR management is a plus.
