Crystal Quick Berjaya is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Teller to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely, ensuring a balanced work-life experience. As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, efficient, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring their needs are met.,Handling cash transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.,Assisting customers with account inquiries and transactions.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.,Ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.,Assisting in the opening and closing of the bank branch.,Promoting and selling bank products and services to customers.,Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of banking products and services.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial transactions.,Proficient in using computer and banking software.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
