📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and control inventory to optimize costs and minimize waste.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service across the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work environments and remote management tools.
