📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Monitor and record guest feedback.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
