LUMEN Dinamis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the company receives the best possible products and services at the most competitive prices. You will work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and cost efficiency. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and improvements.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that procurement activities align with business objectives and strategic goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.,Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
