Express Gate Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with benefit plans.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
