📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and mentor a team of collection agents to ensure high performance and adherence to collection targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on collection performance, providing regular feedback to the team and management.
• Leverage CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms to track and manage customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex collection issues and improve processes.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field collection, with a proven track record in managing teams and achieving collection targets.
