📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate functional screening projects, from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, IT specialists, and stakeholders to define project requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Manage project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports, using tools like Microsoft Project and Confluence.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in healthcare IT, and recommend improvements to existing processes.
• Provide training and support to team members on project-related tools and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, particularly in the healthcare or IT sector.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Health Information Management Systems (HIMS).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards in Indonesia.
